If you need to exchange or return an item, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange & Refund

• Please note that trying or opening the package before the courier leaves is not allowed.

• Exchange or Return Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• After 24 hours, no exchange or refund will be accepted.

• tems must be in original condition, including:
Original case, tags, and packaging, unworn, unused, and clean

Refund Method

• Visa Payments: Refunds will be issued to the same card. Processing time depends on your bank, typically within 15 days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be made via Instapay or Vodafone Cash within 5 days after we receive the returned product.

Refund Fees

• Refund fees apply and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items that are worn, missing tags, or not in original packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Important Notes

• Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

• We reserve the right to decline any exchange request that doesn’t meet the above conditions.

. غير مسموح بفتح أو تجربة المنتج اثناء وجود المندوب

.يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع او الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.
 يتم تطبيق رسوم للآسترجاع او الاستبدال .

طريقه استرداد المبلغ

الدفع عند الاستلام: يتم استرداد المبلغ من خلال إنستاباي أو فودافون كاش خلال 5 أيام من استلام المندوب المرتجع

الدفع ببطاقة فيزا: يتم إرجاع المبلغ إلى نفس البطاقة المستخدمة. وقد تستغرق حتى 15 يومًا، يمكنك طلب استرداد فوري عن طريق إنستاباي

يتم تطبيق رسوم على الاسترجاع.
يتم استرجاع المبلغ خلال ٥ ايام من تسليم القطعه للمندوب.

:غير مؤهل للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

المنتجات الملبوسة أو التالفة، أو التي فقدت البطاقة

أي منتج يظهر عليه علامات استخدام أو تلف لن يتم قبوله.

نحتفظ بحق الرفض لأي طلب استرجاع او استبدال لا يفي بالشروط أعلاه.
